Protesters angry about the BBC’s decision not to air a Gaza appeal staged a demonstration when the broadcaster’s director general visited Caversham on Friday.
Beeb boss Mark Thompson was in Reading to open a new operations room at BBC Monitoring in Peppard Road.
Good demo!

They burned their TV licences just like the protesters who were upset by the Jerry Springer issue!
ReplyDeleteJerry Springer accepted that he did wrong, the BBC are unlikely to bow to pressure unless funding is withdrawn!
ReplyDeleteHas anyone heard about the Strathclyde demonstrators against the BBC DEC decision and Gaza?
ReplyDeleteHmm, think they have a mob no, or try peace searches UK.
