Israeli forces opened fire on a bedouin village just north of the Gaza Strip on Wednesday after an unsuccessful attempt by special forces to infiltrate the strip. Four Palestinians were injured when the IDf opened up with an artillery barrage.
Local sources told PIC reporter that an IOF special force tried to infiltrate into north of Beit Lahia but was repelled by resistance fighters stationed in the area.
The sources added that the force withdrew amidst violent artillery bombardment that inflicted the casualties.
Separately IDF troops kidnapped 13 Palestinians on Tuesday including seven from Silwad village, east of Ramallah, and four from Ni'lin village, also in Ramallah district.
