Justice Goldstone who is leading the war crimes investigation in the Gaza Strip is planning to hold four days of public hearings and has reported that his team has already visited 14 locations including the Red Crescent hospital and spoken to 70 eyewitnesses.
At a press conference yesterday he expressed his shock and sadness at the extent of the damage wrought by Israel's 22-day war.
His team of 15 investigators plans to leave in early July and is scheduled to publish the report in September. Goldstone deplored the fact that Israel is not cooperating with the inquiry. more
