GAZA CITY (Ma’an) -- Egyptian authorities on Saturday morning reopened Egypt's border crossing with the Gaza Strip after it had been closed for more than a week.
Officials at the Palestinian side of the Rafah crossing said it was open at 10 a.m. in both directions.
They highlighted that priority would be given on the first day to holders of foreign and Egyptian passports as well as patients who urgently need treatment in Egypt or other countries.
Students will be allowed to travel Wednesday. more
