al-Qassam brigades fighter killed in Israeli airstrike


The Al-Qassam Brigades, the army wing of the Hamas movement, reported that one of its fighters was killed, and another fighter was seriously injured, after being extra judicially targeted, on Saturday night after midnight, by Israeli army shells, east of Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

Medical sources in Gaza stated that an Israeli war jet fired at least one missile at a group of fighters of the Al-Qassam Brigades, stationed near Salah Ed-Deen road, close to the As-Salaam Hospital in Khan Younis.

The Al-Qassam Brigades identified the slain fighter as Suleiman Al-Qarra, 22, and added that another fighter was seriously wounded.

The Brigades said that its fighters also fired several shells at Israeli military armored vehicles invading an areas east of Khan Younis.

Earlier on Saturday, several armored Israeli military vehicles, and armored bulldozers, invaded Al-Qarara town, east of Khan Younis, while firing dozens of rounds of live ammunition at random. more
