Israeli forces kill Palestinian woman at Nablus checkpoint after alleged stab attack


BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces Wednesday shot and killed a Palestinian woman at the Zaatara (Tappuah) military checkpoint south of the occupied West Bank district of Nablus.

Israeli media reported that the Palestinian woman approached Israeli border police stationed at the checkpoint and attempted to carry out a stab attack, prompting the officers to open fire at the woman and "neutralize" her. She was reported dead by Hebrew language media outlets. more
