[Friday Morning, May 9, 2014] Several Israeli military vehicles and bulldozers invaded Palestinian agricultural lands, east of Khuza’a town, east of Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, and uprooted the lands while firing rounds of live ammunition.
Local sources said two Israeli military bulldozers and five tanks advanced more than 200 meters into Palestinian farmlands, and placed sand barriers in the area after uprooting the farmlands.
The sources said the army fired dozens of rounds of live ammunition; no clashes were reported.
Israeli soldiers frequently invade border areas in the eastern and northern parts of the Gaza Strip, uproot lands, and prevent Palestinian farmers and workers from entering them. more
